Price range: $5.95 through $25.95

A Postmodern Killer for a Postmodern World

Charles Cullen, a brilliant university professor and ruthless killer, makes a daring escape from a hospital for the criminally insane in California.

Dr. Joseph Kallinger, the psychologist who diagnosed Cullen, is called in to help find him again. The problem is that he has to work with Detective Van Til, a burnt-out cop who thinks Kallinger’s testimony is to blame for the situation they’re in.

Meanwhile, on the college campus, Evangelical Christian Danny Ranes arrives for his freshman year and falls for beautiful Shavonda Jackson, who introduces him to social justice, identity politics, diversity, equity and inclusion.

Danny begins a journey of deconstructing his faith and is drawn into a network of radical activism that escalates into violence and forces Danny to make a choice that may change his life forever.

Ideas Have Consequences

And then the video recordings start to show up. Charles Cullen is capturing distinguished college professors and debating with them on video. The proposition: his moral right to kill them.

There is more to this psychopathy than meets the eye. For Cullen is pulling Van Til and Kallinger into his own spider web of rational madness.

Can they catch the killer and stop the slaughter of more faculty victims or will their own inner demons break them first?

Man dressed as a futuristic soldier pointing a gun indoors.

“A Thought Provoking Psychological Crime Thriller Masterpiece
Cruel Logic is a psychological crime thriller and fictitious religious deconversion story woven into one book. It is about a professor who is a psychopathic murderer who likes to engage his victims in philosophical debate about why he should not kill them and a freshman in college whose Christian faith slowly unravels.”

“While Cruel Logic is technically a hybrid psychological crime thriller/faith deconversion novel, it also is somewhat of an ingenious satire of contemporary, secular Western culture. It truly does a great job of subtly ridiculing the ideas that are driving our contemporary society.”

“Wow! What a page-turner.
What truly sets "Cruel Logic" apart is its ability to prompt readers to reevaluate their own beliefs. Through the lens of its intricate philosophical dialogues, the novel encourages introspection and contemplation about profound concepts like human rights, the nature of evil, and even the existence of a higher power.”

“Great Read
The book stands out for its critical examination of how woke views lead to destructive outcomes and its argument that attempting to establish moral foundations without God ultimately falls short.”

Sarah

“The whole book is an argument from the extremes of all the common worldviews and an enjoyable read for those of us feeling assaulted by such worldviews on a daily basis and no avenue to counter them without being ostracized.”
